100% Sauvignon Blanc fruit, from the Boushey Vineyard in the Yakima Valley AVA.

This wine was aged for 22 months in neutral French oak.

This is a somewhat “restrained” version of Sauvignon Blanc. Aromatic with nice acidity, it has flavors of white peach, melon, gooseberry, and pear help to tame the lemon and grapefruit notes. Other herbal notes include hints grass and hay, green herbs and green pepper.

Pair this wine with anything lemon. Chicken piccata with a lemon sauce, or any seafood dish.

100% Viognier from Defiance Vineyard in Chelan, WA.

This Viognier opens with expressive aromas of white peach, jasmine, and citrus blossom. On the palate, it's lush yet vibrant, with flavors of apricot and lemon curd. Crisp acidity balances the richness, making it a refreshing yet textural white with real presence.

Pairing Tips: Crisp, dry, and balanced nicely with acid, this is fantastic alongside a carbonara pasta or crab cakes with a spicy aoli.

This beautiful wine is 100% Chardonnay, aged for 18 months in 100% new French oak. Sourced from Dry Lake Vineyards in the Chelan AVA, it is a wonderful example of what the Chelan AVA is capable of.

Although this wine has seen a lot of oak, it is not an “oaky” chardonnay, in the traditional sense.  It is creamy with a full body.  Big Vanilla and custard notes are paired with ripe pair, tropical fruit and lemons.  The fruit really shines, but the oak component helps to give a nice complexity and long finish. A fantastic chardonnay for those who traditionally shy away from this varietal. 

Pair this with a nice halibut steak with butter and lemon sauce, or a baked chicken with Tarragon.
